Mai 2026, classes 35, 41, 42) as well as the format IP for ahead x city, ahead x labs, ahead x future, among others. The domain aheadx.at is registered to Shink Big LLC.

3. Disclosure of ownership (§ 25 MedienG)

The media owner of the website aheadx.at is M&K Event GmbH (see § 2). The sole shareholder of M&K Event GmbH is Martin&Klein Holding GmbH (100 %); the managing directors are Sebastian Klein and Christoph Martin. The trademark, format and domain rights are held by Shink Big LLC (licensor), whose sole owner is Lukas Wagner; M&K Event GmbH operates the website as its licensee. There are no holdings by media companies or foundations. The basic editorial direction (Blattlinie) is disclosed in § 5. Please direct enquiries to hello@aheadx.at.

Lukas Wagner is the sole owner (Managing Member) of Shink Big LLC, which as licensor holds the trademark and format rights (see §§ 1, 3). The operation of the website and the media-owner role are borne by M&K Event GmbH (see § 2). Lukas Wagner is not a managing director of M&K Event GmbH; its management lies with Sebastian Klein and Christoph Martin. The curatorial activity (the platform's selection decisions) is separated from operational management and the media-owner role; this separation is documented in the ahead Curatorial Statutes and in the glossary.

5. Editorial policy / corporate purpose

ahead makes artificial intelligence understandable and applicable in times of digital transformation. The public core format is ahead x city; further formats open up from there:

The unauthorised use of identical or confusingly similar signs in the course of trade may be prohibited within the scope of the existing trademark protection.

The format designations ahead x city, ahead x labs, ahead x mastermind, ahead x awards and ahead x future use the registered base mark ahead x.
